Suggestions?

I am trying to figure out what kind of cake substitute I can do for Alyssa's 1st birthday. She can't have dairy or sugar. We have thought of pancakes/crepes with fruit. What are your thoughts? Throw some suggestions my way! I'm wracking my brain and can't figure it out yet!

rice cakes. hahahha........ ok, ok, I know i think i'm funny but i'm really not. you don't realize all the foods your poor baby can't eat until you have to think of something like that!! Good luck being creative- :)

I have a recipe for brownies that are wheat, gluten, dairy, casein, egg and can be sugar free. If you want it let me know.
